Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

All orders will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship same day while orders placed after 2PM will ship the next day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Fridays are considered weekend orders, weekends orders will ship on the following business day, usually Mondays unless it’s a holiday.

Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 business days. We will provide you a prepaid return shipping label via email that you can print at home and use to return the order. If you are unable to print the label from home it will be your responsibility to return the item, including purchasing labels if necessary.

Refunds & Exchanges will be processed upon delivery of your return. Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of your return being delivered. After the return is processed we will refund your order or ship you a replacement, whichever option you prefer. If you chose a refund the refund will be returned to your original funding source, if you paid credit card it will go back to your credit card, if you paid via Paypal it will go back in your Paypal account and so on. Funds are typically returned immediately but can take up to 3 business days.
